• Negotiations With Insurance Company Representatives;
  • No Settlement Will Be Accepted Without Your Approval
• Assist You With Compliance With Policy Provisions Where Possible;
• In Short We Work to Achieve the Maximum Available Recovery Under the Policy.

Insurance Dispute (Appraisal) Services $175.00/Hour

Do you need someone to act as your appraiser to get your claim settled?

We offer appraisal services to policyholders invoking the appraisal provision in the policy.

Umpire Services - $225.00/Hour

Loss Evaluation Services - $175.00/Hour

Are you handling you claim without using a public adjuster?
If so you may need a professional evaluation of the scope of your damages. We offer a wide variety of services to assist you on an hourly fee basis. There is a minimum 3 hour charge for these services. Services include:

• Photography;
• Moisture Reading Using the Delmhorst BD -10 or Equivalent;
• Infrared Thermography;
• Loss Assembly and Presentation (settlement negotiations not included).
